Art is awesome, and giving gifts that would help the artist or simply the art collector in your life would be awesome too! I have so much artwork from college I would love to have framed or displayed in my space but I never seem to take a moment to buy the needed supplies! I know there are probably a lot of other people out there who feel the same way, so why not give them a little jumpstart on their gallery walls or studio décor with gifts such as print hangers or beautiful frames? Check out my top picks below! 1. Gallery Frames 2. Knotted Sculpture 3. Print Hangers 4. Mountain Print (Digital Download) 5. Faux Marble Frame 6. Geometric Frame 7. Star Map Print 8. Suede Art Original Painting 9. Wire Script Sculpture Frames of any kind are always a good gift option. Whether you are shopping for an art maker or art lover, everyone could use some fun and modern frame options! I love the selection at Homegoods as well as on Etsy. There both have modern, affordable options in every style and size you could imagine. Small sculptures, such as this gold one from Anthropologie are such good space fillers and can really be the cherry on top to a space. You can set small sculptures on coffee table books or bookshelves, or even use them as center pieces for your island or dining table! Even wall sculptures are fun to have around and can add some flair to a gallery wall or smaller wall space. The possibilities are endless with abstract sculptures, making them easy to give as gifts because they can be personalized to fit any space! Digital downloads of prints and photographs are an easy way to customize your gift a little more, making it extra special. By purchasing downloads, you can get the piece of work printed to whatever size you want (which can sometimes help out your budget!). Say you found a random sized frame that would be perfect for your friend but are struggling to find a piece of art that fits just right. With a digital download you can get the art printed to that frame's size and voila! You have a custom piece of art ready to gift! Local artists are everywhere, so why not show them some support while also receiving totally unique, often times one-of-a-kind artwork as well? One of my good friends, Ayla Jones creator of Suede Art, made this green and blue gorgeous custom painting for me last year and it truly is one of the best purchases I made that year. It is totally unique and I am complimented on it all the time! She also dipped her toes into making coasters and phone cases which are such good stocking stuffers. I love knowing that I have an original piece and I got to help a budding young artist further her career by choosing to purchase from her and not a big retailer such as Target. (Nothing wrong with Target! I just love small businesses a tad bit more :)) Make sure to check out her work online and hit her up for any future commissions! So there's gift guide number 3 of this series! Check back tomorrow when I will have gift guide number 4 ready for y'all! Any guesses as to who I'll have gift ideas for? Write your guess in the comments below!
